1. Order Notifications:

2. Order Modifications:
- Orders can be modified within 24 hours of payment, including size changes or customization requests. We will not be able to make any modifications (such as size changes or cancellations) after this time. -
To modify your order, please contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp and provide your order number. -
If you're unsure of your order number, you can retrieve it by clicking "Track Order" in the navigation bar and entering the correct email address used at the time of purchase.
3. Custom Orders:
- Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified within 24 hours of payment. Please ensure that the custom information is accurate when placing your order.
- A custom order refers to a jersey that requires customization, such as sleeve patches or personalized name and number details.
4. Non-Custom Orders:
- Once a non-customized product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
5. Out-of-Stock or Size Shortage Notice:
- Due to the wide variety of football jerseys available, some items may be out of stock or in a limited supply after ordering. In this case, we may need additional time to purchase or restock them. -
If we are unable to complete your order, we will contact you immediately to arrange a refund. Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours of contacting you and are usually refunded to your original payment method. Please pay attention to your payment platform for notifications.

7. Sizing Issues:

8. Exceptions to After-Sales Repairs:
- Quality issues after the label is cut, or the label is worn over time after repeated use.
- Products not purchased directly from this site.
- Unable to provide evidence of quality issues (photos or videos).
- Repeat fraudulent behavior.
